Customer service was excellent and the selection of furniture was great.
We were greeted by friendly staff (Hope) who gave us a brief layout of the store and then let us browse around without lurking over our shoulder. She came to check on us about 5-10 minutes later which was perfect timing for us to find something we were interested in. Hope and her manager worked with us to get our piece of furniture that day with out too much of a problem. We enjoyed shopping at the Albany Store.
