The staff was very friendly and very informative. I was not ready to make a purchase that day. I was mainly just looking and getting ideas before purchasing. The salesperson did not make me feel like I needed to make any decisions right then and there.

Great Customer Service
First, I liked being greeted by the Sales Representative who displayed a genuine interest in what brought me to the store today? I shared that I had looked around the store in Ashley's and on the internet for an expandable dining table that may resemble one in the Ashley Store.
I continued to look at Ashley's display of dining room tables that were expandable and found a table that I wanted to purchase, however the table was not reduced as was other sets for the Presidents Day Sale. I had to decline my request to purchase after learning the total cost of the dining table, plus the assembly cost exceeded my allocation to purchase. The set was also on sale at a lower cost from another furniture store in Albany.
The Sales Representative demonstrated excellent knowledge of furniture, she had a lot of patience and demonstrated excellent Customer Service Skills, I like these work qualities.

She was super informative and showed interest and made me aware of my options. She gave me the space to shop on my own but remained close enough to answer my questions. I will definitely be back!
