Quick and friendly service
Ginger Balasz was amazing and so helpful. I went in on Monday to pick out furniture that was I was going to buy on Wednesday. The first girl quoted me a price of $2800. The bedroom set was only $1697. So they told me that taxes and shipping was an additional $1200. I swear Ashley almost lost a customer. I went back in and explained my issue to Ms. Ginger who agreed this did not sound right. My calculations were fixed and she had me back as a customer. Even with making the sale, Ms. Ginger decided to give this sale to the original girl that I worked with. I thought that was really sweet but I hope they could have at least split the commission. Anyway, if I decide to purchase again...I’ll only be working with Ms.Ginger. I hope I did not spell her name incorrectly.
Ginger was very helpful to me. She was not pushy but allowed me the freedom to explore on my own, checking with me frequently without being a bother. She answered all questions and offered help when needed.
