The teacher has great energy and a phenomenal playlist. The studio was clean and friendly. Adding sculpt classes to my routine is new, but Hannah makes me want to come back again.

Consistency
I absolutely love the corepower community here in Charlotte - everyone I have interacted with has always been so accepting, supportive, and uplifting. From other students, to instructors and studio managers. And since there are so many class times, formats, and instructors, there is truly something for everyone here.
Variety of classes
Olivia W is just the sweetest, more encouraging, and fun teacher! She creates an environment that you want to be apart of and treats everyone like a friend :)

Maya's community classes on Sunday's always have a great room temprature for the outside and spiritual component for the inside. This class she offered mantra and played her harmonium, a first for me at CPY.

The community
I love the sense of community and peace Maya brings to the class. I really appreciate not feeling judged if I can’t do a specific posture and being encouraged throughout the class to truly be present and do my best.

The intensity of the class that covers flexibility, balance, strength and cardio. Great encouraging instructors that consistently deliver a class whoever leads. The facilities which are small and welcoming but include lockers and showers.
The workouts are amazing every time, the teachers are super friendly and always provide options when needed during a workout! Highly recommend Corepower Yoga/ Park Road. Bridget and Katie are fantastic teachers!!
