Isabelle at Midtown Charlotte is my favorite instructor I’ve had at a CorePower, but also one of my favorites yoga instructors in general! Her flows are always well thought out, she provides great adjustments and modifications, and keeps me encouraged throughout class! I kept coming back because of how good the music was but stayed because she made me so excited to come to class each week!
No two classes are the same, & every single one is challenging. I always know I'm getting an efficient, high-intensity workout. The instructors bring their own teaching style, personality, and music, which keeps every class fresh and engaging. I'm grateful to be at a point where I want to keep pushing myself and growing, and CorePower has been the perfect place to do that. On top of it all, the staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely kind. I truly look forward to stepping into the studio every day.

Weights
The teacher has great energy and a phenomenal playlist. The studio was clean and friendly. Adding sculpt classes to my routine is new, but Hannah makes me want to come back again.

I absolutely love the corepower community here in Charlotte - everyone I have interacted with has always been so accepting, supportive, and uplifting. From other students, to instructors and studio managers. And since there are so many class times, formats, and instructors, there is truly something for everyone here.
