I took a wonderful class from Hannah. The heat was perfect, the sequence was simple but challenging, and her energy was amazing.

Yoga sculpt is an intense workout! You will be challenged by the heat, using light weights but well worth it!
CorePower Yoga on Park Road is the best yoga studio I have ever been to! I love all the instructors, it is clean, and has become a place of healing for my mind and body as I begin to slowly strengthen again. I couldn't recommend it more :)

Had a wonderful time. Class was a group teach with all the hands on assists! Everyone’s energy played well off one another. Great interactions after class as well. I’d definitely come again 😊
