My instructor was awesome! Great cues and a very intentionally planned class. I loved the studio space. Signs downstairs made the studio easy to find. The only constructive feedback I’d add is that the bathrooms were a little messy, but I think there might have been a leak being repaired.
Ashley is a great coach, i hope to add CSX to my sunday summer schedule. i sweat just as much as i do in yoga sculpt. her options are great for every to stregthen.

Even though I attended on class pass, the instructor was extremely inclusive and provided a significant amount of info on the studio and my free week. Bridget was great!

Leah is an incredible teacher-her cueing is on point and she is so connected to the students she can verbally adjust the entire class under 1 directive cue.
Courtney is an amazing YS teacher. So happy she was subbing. The regular teacher rarely teaches flow or uses weights.

Lately some classes though have been extremely hot (unhealthy hot) and this is an ongoing issue at Park Road.
I belong to a nice studio (Yoga 6) and have taken hundreds of classes over several years. I would not consider myself a yogi, but I love the process and the way I feel during and after sessions. Comparing your studio to my only reference.... I impressed with the quality of service, the detail on the website, the dual studios (multiple rooms), the fact that you had showers, and the effective & even heat distribution and quality mats provided. Additionally, both teachers were obviously seasoned professionals and they are always the most important element. If I lived near a CorePower studio, I'd consider switching. I was surprised by the spacing of yogi's (tighter than I'm used to) and I'm not sure how much a monthly unlimited membership would cost, but it did seem more expensive than I'm accustomed to. Overall, I was very impressed and wish I knew that I could have take unlimited classes for 5 days (was only in town for a long weekend music festival). I look for to doing more with CorePower in the future.
