I began early last year w/the Sculpt classes on Sunday a.m - love those and have continued. Sarah does a great job w/those classes - hard to motivate folks at 8am!

Love the options of classes: sculpt, flow and restore and the timing of classes available (I’m typically a later afternoon or evening person during the week and weekends) and not a lot of other studios offer this. Also that you are on ClassPass. Thank you!
I am a huge fan of Core Power in Charlotte. However, the men's room showers could use some love.

By far my favorite hot yoga experience ever. I’ve experienced classes before where the instructor just talks you through the class but doesn’t actually perform the moves. Corepower actually has an instructor that is doing the moves with you and offers different variations depending on your skill level. The class is the perfect temperature where I get a good sweat but not to the point that I feel like I may pass out. I had Leah C. as my instructor and loved her energy. Highly recommend!!
The hot yoga pushed me and I felt so refreshed after the class. Really enjoyed it.
