The option to try the classes out for free is very welcoming, plus staff is not hounding you every time you walk in or out of the building to sign up for a membership- this makes you want to sign up more! The lockers are a nice feature to leave your belongings while you sweat it out in the studio. The instructors are very encouraging throughout classes and welcome questions. As someone who has never taken yoga before, this studio has me wanting to come back for more!

I love CPY Charlotte! I had my first experience there this week in Catrina's yoga sculpt class. I knew I would enjoy the class but I didn't know what to expect. It was amazing! Perfect combination of yoga, weights and cardio. I loved every minute of this workout and can't wait to do it again.

I love the clean, new space and the small class sizes. The instructors have been great at teaching new students, like me, the correct form and alignment. I have really enjoyed my experience.

Great classes, instructors, class times and studio. I just wish the studio was bigger and they gave cold towels at the end of hot classes. They should also put Hot Power Fusion on the schedule more often.

Staff was extremely friendly, the classes I've attended were great, and your pricing is somewhat affordable, especially compared to other fitness studios like spin and barre

sculpt. it's the only class i take at core power and i love it! glad charlotte has a studio now because i live in chicago but visit family in charlotte every several months.

I love the variation in classes and the perfect heat control of the studio, the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the studio and men's locker room, the convenient location, and the mobile app which easily adds classes to my calendar.

Gorgeous facility, well trained instructors and a variety of classes! Love CPY!

Took the Yoga Sculpt class this past Saturday evening. Instructor was high energy and I will definitely be back. The locker room felt like a nice spa, very impressed. I do practice at other studios here in Charlotte but none offer any classes similar to Yoga Sculpt.
