Beginners classes are very important.
The staff is extremely helpful and listens. They sincerely want you to have a great experience.

First, I enjoyed how quickly and easily I was able to jump into the class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and took her time showing us poses. We did not rush through each move and held them for the appropriate time. Simply put, I was able to keep up, feel like I was actually engaging my core and experienced a well balanced work out. Thank you! Looking forward to coming back this week.

I came to your brand new and beautiful studio on Friday, April 28 with my daughter, Ivy Last name removed, who recently became a member. She lives in Charlotte and I had come to visit. I am a beginner who practices Mysore Ashtanga in West Palm Beach regularly. The facility is gorgeous and my instructor was fabulous. I love hot vinyasa and her class was challenging and fun. I was treated like royalty. Can't wait to come back in the fall when I visit again.

Love everything about this place including that i can use in other cities. I just want you to open one in south charlotte- providence road/485 exit or Rea road. This area of town needs something like this

The option to try the classes out for free is very welcoming, plus staff is not hounding you every time you walk in or out of the building to sign up for a membership- this makes you want to sign up more! The lockers are a nice feature to leave your belongings while you sweat it out in the studio. The instructors are very encouraging throughout classes and welcome questions. As someone who has never taken yoga before, this studio has me wanting to come back for more!

I love CPY Charlotte! I had my first experience there this week in Catrina's yoga sculpt class. I knew I would enjoy the class but I didn't know what to expect. It was amazing! Perfect combination of yoga, weights and cardio. I loved every minute of this workout and can't wait to do it again.

Great classes, instructors, class times and studio. I just wish the studio was bigger and they gave cold towels at the end of hot classes. They should also put Hot Power Fusion on the schedule more often.

Staff was extremely friendly, the classes I've attended were great, and your pricing is somewhat affordable, especially compared to other fitness studios like spin and barre

sculpt. it's the only class i take at core power and i love it! glad charlotte has a studio now because i live in chicago but visit family in charlotte every several months.
