Took the Yoga Sculpt class this past Saturday evening. Instructor was high energy and I will definitely be back. The locker room felt like a nice spa, very impressed. I do practice at other studios here in Charlotte but none offer any classes similar to Yoga Sculpt.

Lovely facility! One of the nicest shower/dressing areas in charlottes yoga studios. The one class I've attended so far was excellent! The instructor was conscientious about breathing and paced the class well. There was attention to form and positioning. I was impressed with the quality of instruction. I can't wait to go again.
I love the atmosphere, the staff and the environment in the studio. I've never been much into yoga, but have thoroughly enjoyed the classes I've taken so far and look forward to many more.
