Love the studio! All of the teachers are amazing!

Yoga sculpt!!- amazing total body workout.

I have enjoyed every minute of my first week at Core Power Yoga at Park Road. The consistency of classes offered me a much needed grounded energy while I was displaced from my home (and home studio) due to Hurricane Irma. The voices of the instructors at the studio were gifts of insight, and each teacher's style and authenticity was clear and intentional. I particularly enjoyed the C2 flows, which were well delivered and demanded complete presence on the mat. The facilities were clean, and the vibe of the community was extremely welcoming. I have family in Charlotte and will return to CPY for practice every visit from here on out. I even purchased a gift card for my cousin, because it would be a shame for her to not be a part of this wonderful place of practice! Thank you to the Core Power Charlotte team for keeping me centered during my week away. It felt more like a retreat than an evacuation.

The services are amazing. I live in MD. I visited a friend that lives in Charlotte. Took Kiesha's C1 class on Friday and a C1 class on Saturday at 4:15 p.m. (Sorry I didn't get her name.) Both instructors are amazing. Great instructions and alignment. They were kind and helpful.
