Ashley was great, really good class. When I went to class in SD there was a class called yoga with weights that I would be very interested in if you started doing that as well.

Amazing facility, all the staff are incredibly helpful not to mention they always offer modifications (that are still super difficult) for my orthopedic issues. Always leave feeling relaxed and like I've had a great workout!

I like the variety of the yoga classes including the high energy sculpt classes. Teachers are very friendly and supportive; locker room/bathroom(s) are big and clean.
