This was my first visit to the Mission Bay CorePower and I enjoyed it! I enjoyed the instructor, I thought the class was physically challenging, fun, and engaging. The facility was well maintained and clean. I did walk into the men's locker room first, I don't think I was paying attention to the signage so that was my own fault. Overall a great experience and I would return for another visit next time I'm in town.

The studio is clean, the CPY Team is welcoming, there is a great variety of class times and types. I've throughly enjoyed almost every class I've attended there and have grown so much in my yoga practice since becoming a black tag member. A special shoutout and thank you to Tyler, Monika, Belinda, Janine, Eden, Grace and Brooke for making my CPY experience so incredible.

I attended the Sculpt class and thought it was great! Lots of great energy from the instructor (Grace) and it was definitely way more challenging than any other yoga class I've taken. I loved it!
