I love the convenience of this studio. I love that I can practice yoga within mins from home. I usually take c2 and have really enjoy the vinyasa flow. I use to be a faithful hpf person and would take the 11 o’clock class 5 days a week. This class has been canceled. And I switched to c2. The staff has been wonderful. But I feel most of my favorite instructors are leaving or have left. Not to be insensitive, but if I’m paying that much for my membership my instructors should be more experienced as my time too is valuable.

I love the classes and the instructors. Everyone is friendly and respectful, which is always nice. I do miss the Hot Power Fusion classes though, would love to see those come back.

Super friendly staff/team. Always okay with us changing up the routine and even encourage it (not too strict about following each pose to the exact pace the teacher asks like some Bikram classes can be like). Love Mission Bay Studio and team!
