Really love the instructors! They understand that yoga isn't about getting your heart rate up but instead getting deep in to the poses. I love that the two I've been to at Mission Bay also add on new poses to help expand our practice.

I trust your brand but appreciate that Mission Bay is just far enough and up-and-coming enough that I can enjoy your offerings with less traffic. That said, I think you should frost the glass of the studios to the street, maybe 6-8 feet up, for privacy and a practice more focused from distractions outside, literally.

The classes are challenging and convenient. I love not having to sign up online early. After a day of sitting in front of a computer its SO nice to just walk in and be greeted by friendly people that say "YES" come take a class with us.

Thoughtfully constructed yoga class. Instructor was specific about movements but also focused on breath, and was hands on.
The classes, the teachers, the facility and the consistency of the practice. I love it! I wish there were more options for C1 either before or after work hours otherwise it's great!
