CBA were one of the most hospitable and professional auto repair places I have ever been to. I get real cautious whenever I have to stop to get my car checked out of town because I have have duped and overpriced before, and being a non-mechanic person I am kind of at the mechanics mercy due to my lack of knowledge. CBA was different they didn't ask me to fix things that didn't need to be fixed, they didn't use terms that I wouldn't understand they even showed me every piece they worked on, they spent a good 45 minutes to an hour working on the car and didn't charge me until they found the problem and asked if I wanted it fixed. Even then it was a very very low and reasonable price. They got me back on the road in no time. I was driving from NYC to California and after my car had to make a unexpected pit stop in Ohio, they fixed it up and sent me on my way and we made the whole 3,000 mile trip! Thanks CBA

It was a pleasure to have my Dodge serviced at your business. I have never had such a good feeling/expertience about a business that was doing a service on a vehicle or any type service. When a person goes to a new/different place to have work done they do not know what to expect but from the moment that I walked through the door to the time that I exited your business I had such a confident/relaxing feeling that I had chosen the correct business to work with. Your choice of music was also relaxing and enjoyable as well as no TV to disturb the quiet time waiting.

Personal friendly professional experience

I can't comment on much, I only had a tire patched. But I have to say that I was glad I happened to be passing by when I got a screw in my tire. Everyone was very kind and the waiting area was super clean, two things I don't see at other automotive establishments. If you walk into a lot of shops, the employees act like you are bothering them. The people at Christian Brothers made me feel like they actually wanted my business. So, like it said, it was a quick tire patch, but I will definitely be coming back when my vehicle needs service.

The enthusiasm for cars and sharing that enthusiasm with my two young kids. Service was efficient and everyone I spoke with was kind and cheerful.

Everyone was very friendly and the new shop is very clean. Access to Wifi is a huge bonus. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and prices seemed fair compared to other shops.

Keith and Debbie were so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in! Keith kept me updated about what was going on with my car and I never felt pressured to make any decisions. The mechanic (Michael) even came out to speak with me about what he had done and what I could expect. I've never had that at any other place I've been to! Everyone was so kind. I enjoyed chatting with Debbie (I spent a few hours there). I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!

Very pleased with the overall experience. The guys did what I asked, were timely in the delivery, and kept me up to speed on progress throughout the day. I thought the delivery was also done at a very fair price. Lastly the guys also provided me a quote for other recommended services but did not push for more sales.
