Saw several people come and go while I waited and I witnessed service being provided.

When I was getting tires at Mr. Tireman for my car, I was told I needed tie rods. They recommended Christian Brothers. I called and was scheduled timely and the work was done well. They also gave me a ride home as I had another car to drive and did the same when my car was finished later that day. The service was exceptional and it was easy to work with them.

Everyone was really nice. The work was done on time, the offices were really welcoming. They didn't try to upsell unnecessary fixes (and the prices were really reasonable too). And it was really nice how they pulled my car up to the office when I came to pick it up. I was really impressed with everything. I have already recommended Christian brothers to friends and family!

Great customer service, quality work, very fair pricing!

The service is awesome, I was able to drop my automobile off and the staff drove me to work (no extra charge). When the car was serviced they called me and did not pressure me to repair anything extra, although they gave me a dealer recommendation list of things that should be done in the future (I like this too). The place in Broadview Heights is very clean and the staff is super friendly.
