I thought that Charles was thorough in his analysis of problems with my car. He took time to show me the frame of the car when it was on the lift. I felt this was not just to get additional work. If it is something that Christian Bros does not do, they were happy to refer me to someone they had confidence in.
Customer experience is a priority there. They were very welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely be returning soon - hopefully no too soon. Unless it's routine maintenance.

Although I was able to use courtesy ride and other services, and the staff were very patient and understanding with intermittent and overlapping car problems , the best part of the experience was the feeling that my daughter was going back to school in a safe and reliable vehicle.
