My experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was fantastic! ( Clay & Dawn )The customer service team was superb !!, Along with the waiting room while my vehicle was being serviced was very clean, invitingly warm, and comfortable. The Technician that worked on my vehicle ( Bill ) was outstanding in finding the problem that caused my vehicle to have the problem in the first place, and was able to fix it without installing unnecessary parts. The Technician ( Bill ) answered all my questions regarding my vehicle in a courteous, professional manner before I drove my car off the lot after the repairs were made to my vehicle. Clay provided transparent pricing and was very courteous through the whole process and explain to me what was going on with my vehicle in detail. Dawn was the team member that shuttled me back to my home and pick me up to go back to the automotive company when my vehicle was finished with its service, she was fantastic, polite and courteous. I thank the whole team for great customer, service, professionalism, fair pricing trustworthiness, and completing my service in a timely manner!! I would recommend the shop if you are looking to have your car serviced. Thank You 😀
