They started on time. I got regular updates throughout the visit about what was going on with my car. The lobby was clean. The staff were friendly. Bathroom was clean. There was Wi-Fi. It was comfortable to wait.
I walked in without an appointment, and my car was taken in right away. I wanted to go to a local store for a smoothie, and that was arranged. The price was reasonable, and the people were helpful and friendly.
