Very professional. Peter is certified to use high tech infrared scanners to check for hot/cold spots in appliances, under floors and behind walls. This helps him identify potential problems that no one else could see. Peter is very thorough and checks everything in the home; kitchen appliances, utility appliances, all plumbing-related items, electrical, insulation, doors, etc.
I'd definitely recommend having Peter do an inspection before you buy a home.
