Net promoter score is a good tool, but what matters really are these openends. So let me be direct, the "proof" in Virginia Green's Lawn Care is the yard. We used several other "name brand" lawn care companies (sounds like Clott's...among others) and the bottom line is that our lawn looks better, healthier, and greener for longer with Virginia Green. I am not educated enough in terms of the stuff that goes into what they do, but even if the ingredients are all the same across all the companies, the fact is that Virginia Green Lawn Care professionals are more diligent and conscientious and committed to their job...because in the end we have far fewer weeds, fewer "oh we don't treat that" kinds of lawn issues, and the grass is just plain better looking. So please maintain your focus on customers...on making things right (even when we are 'irrational' or "don't know what we are talking about")...and on delivering quality lawn care. Do that...and we (the customers) will stick with you...and be extremely likely to tell our friends and family!

Each visit, We know what has been applied to the lawn and why, any concerns or problems noted during the visit, customer concerns addressed and noted upon next visit. All documented in writing at each visit. Very responsive to call in concerns. So far I'm definitely seeing results in my yard with less weeds! The heat of the summer is still in front of us with July and August lawn challenges. I have recommended to several neighbors.
