fungicide treatments are included. Some other companies just pour on fertilizer all the time with fungicide at extra cost. Your treatments have resulted in a much better looking lawn.

I mostly like the result (how the lawn looks) and the information you provide with each treatment. And I think the service is a reasonable cost.
I like that you call ahead of a service call which allows me to have the lawn (leaves raked, etc) ready for the application. Then you show up as scheduled. The lawn gets lots of accolades from people walking by.
I will make one suggestion. Give the yard of the month award to a smaller urban yard once in awhile as there are plenty that are worthy of the recognition.
