You have done what you said you would do-made my lawn look great! So far the same technician each visit so he is familiar with the lawn and the issues. The weeds are gone! The technician is knowledgable re: any questions I have. He never makes me feel like I am bothering him or that I should know the answer to the questions. Mark is pleasant, polite and always makes sure he addresses my concerns. The written instructions at each visit are extremely helpful and I refer to them to refresh my memory to make sure I am caring for the lawn correctly. I appreciate the pre-visit phone call.
