Very professional. It would be nice to get a call or text the day before services. In late November, we had fertilizer put on the lawn. We had no notion of when you were coming. We don't keep track of any schedule. We had gone out and raked the whole yard the day before without knowing you were coming the next day. If we had not raked the entire treatment would have been sprayed onto all the fallen leaves and wasted. Thanks,

How beautiful and green my lawn looks after the treatments are completed. The only thing I did not care for, is last year there was a slight price increase and we were not notified of this in any way, shape, or fashion-we just received a bill with the increase. Usually when a company's services/costs go up, the customer is notified. I mentioned this on a bill at one time, under the comments section, but still, never received a comment or response. Aside from that, the services are great and our person, Nelson, is fantastic!
