Reliable and if I have a question it is answered. Technicians have come out to help identify and resolve problems in between treatments.
The technician calls in advance of coming so that I can have leaves removed. In fact for the most recent treatment, I cleaned the leaves in preparation and but more fell while I was away and I did not have time to clean them. I called VA Green and the reception stated that the technician has a leaf blower and would use before spreading the fertilizer.
Yard was rough and looks great after a year.

The gradual improvements to our lawn have been great this first year and we are looking forward to continued improvement over the next year. Also, when we started the service we requested to be notified each time of our scheduled service date because we sometimes have our daughter's dog. The company has been great about that and complied with our request each time and has shown up as scheduled.
