Attention to detail, quality, and end result. I've watched the lawn care staff blow leaves (not their job) off lawns before applying liquid fertilizer, to ensure the grass received proper coverage. Other companies I've used would simply spray the lawn, ignoring the leaves, and have the treatment never reach much of the grass and blow away with the leaves. They always call several days in advance of coming, always come when they say they will, always let us know when they are here, and always leave information about the service provided, as well as guidance on what to do to ensure the treatment has the most effect.
