When I call in, I always get a knowledgeable person instead of a recording telling me how important my call is.
It is dependable and reasonably priced. I also like that the technicians write comments about the condition of the lawn each time they perform a treatment so I know if I need to do something to it that I am not doing or if I am doing exactly what I need to do...I don't have to wonder.
1. That I don’t need to do it myself!
2. That if it’s not perfect, it’s not my fault.
3. That they guys doing the treatment know more about grass than I do.
4. That I’m not responsible for weeds coming up. “It not my fault honey, I didn’t do it. Call va green and have them come back out.”
5. Oh, cool va green came today, sweet, I don’t have to shop for chemicals, haul them home in my clean car , and best of all I don’t need to spread it and can watch football instead!

I like the fact that you can tell a lawn that is maintained by Virginia Green Lawn Care. The lawn is health and green. That is because the lawn received monthly maintenance treatments. Once I learned how to properly care for my lawn, I can now see the difference in lawn appearance.

Excellent customer service .
I asked for some advice on a bunch of Bermuda grass in my yard. A consultant came out to give me some advice. I took his advice and the lawn is looking great! I also had a treatment due and the lawn was covered with leaves due to all the wind. The person left a note and rescheduled the treatment for which I was very grateful.
