I initially called them for services after reading their reviews. Per what I saw was exactly what I got. They sent out Rickey who is very polite and professional as well as informative. I’ve tried other services before but nothing compares to the service I received from Bug Out. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. He described everything he was doing and how it all worked. As this is my very first service with them and I will update at a later time as things progress.

He introduced himself and began working on the termite baits right away. After he left, I walked around to see what he had done and found that he had not missed a bait. All were checked and I got a report of the findings minuets after work was complete.
