Phillip is wonderful. The only thing I do not appreciate about your company is when you call it is a recording. I have absolutely no idea as to the time frame of my appointment on the day of the service. I am very glad I have my technician's phone number so I can contact him to set up my time at 8am. I cannot wait around all day for someone to show up. Please mark my appointments for 8am. I thank you for your time.
