Our tech, Luther, is so knowledgeable and polite. I enjoy seeing him when he shows up on my doorstep. Each service we do chat for a few minutes about any pests I've seen and where. We also discuss the best possible treatment, considering I have pets and their welfare is of the upmost import to me and my family. I've been with this same company in some for or another for over 22 years and I don't see myself changing anytime soon.

Absolutely amazing service! Called made an appointment and very kind yet professional gentleman arrived! Not only did he spray the inside of my home he also sprayed around the home! Also informed them when I called for appointment that I had pets so I didn’t want any toxic chemicals! They assured me that the chemicals they use are not harmful to pets are children! Highly recommend this service! They get the job done! Very thankful to say I haven’t saw the first bug since they came out! 😊
The bug service appears to work great. My wife happy, and you know what they say....... Not happy with Mr John Parker and his buddy in regard to the gutter guards. I would have had bug out do them but Parker wouldn't honor his partner's quoted price. Therefore........I had the entire house done by HomeCraft and love it. Glad I made the decision to install them.
They keep me informed and their insecticides do the job. What more could you ask.
