We haver always been super pleased, but got a call from our technician saying that we needed to update to the kind of system that was easier to locate. He explained the $100 charge to change and said we would be called by s salesperson to arrange it. Next day I got a call from BugOut but they knew nothing about it!! They said they would arrange for us to be contracted and - several days later - we still have not heard from your company!!
