Josh Jones did a very detailed annual inspection of our home and made a lot of very good and important recommendations. We will soon be in the midst of reconstruction on the back part of our home and when this has been completed, we will follow-up on some of Josh's recommendations to help get our home in better condition.

Mr. Joe C was absolutely amazing! Very thorough with the service he provided - explained all the details of the services he was providing as well. He also was so sweet to our 3 daughters and our pets, they always enjoy when he comes too!

I always receive good service and suggestions when my house is exterminated which is every three months. My service agent, Bud, is friendly, helpful and through. He always very respectful and is a real asset to your company.

HOWEVER, this last one that came out should NEVER NEVER critize service professional coming out in past. To say they were "too slow" did NOT set well with me and comment was quite unprofessional.
A refresher class of Politeness in this respect should be required.
