I really enjoyed working with bug out for the termite treatment we received for our new construction project. Any other company that we called had a waiting list two weeks out for this service. The inspector who helped us ensured that he would try to get someone out the next day or the following but that it would be done. They were there when we needed the service and at an affordable price. Will definitely be calling them again!

I like the flexibility of our technician, Sterling, who works with my schedule. The office schedules our service for between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day that best works for me, but Sterling knows to show up closer to 9:00 o'clock. I set my alarm for 8:00 a.m., and this gives me just enough time to get ready and meet him.
The service is readily available and technicians are professional and courteous.
