I like to have the roaches always getting out of my house because they climb up outside of the house to the attic. I don’t have ants anymore in my kitchen. The wasps in my fireplace always come into my tv room. Everything under the house is doing ok.

I like the fact that you can be reached online but it need to be more user friendly when you setting up your account online. On the portal there should be contact information for when you have a need to speak with someone directly. Also an update need to be done to the portal so you can see your bill in its entirety.
