very professional and helpful with other things like I wanted to add a dig area and wanted to make sure it wasn't near prime fire ant territory. The tech doesn't mine our animals or that we have to unlock the fence when he arrives. we haven't had a fire ant problem since their second visit and it has been 3 years. They also maintain mouse bait system in and out of the house. Haven't had one of those in 3 years either.
