Martin does a great job. He always reaches out to me prior to his visit and asks if any special attention is needed. If we are having a particular bug problem (normally ants), he makes sure to attend to it and check the premises for any additional issues. We've had significantly fewer bugs in the house (particularly ants and those nasty palmetto bugs) since using Bug Out services.
