When I called I was given all the information about the company and what to expect and all my questions were answered and they were up front with all of the costs and everything. The gentleman who came out for my 1st service was very courteous told me everything he was doing showed me where the bugs were coming in and Finished up and left and was just very nice.

When I call with an issue they address it immediately. Our tech John Valese is awesome. He calls back and let’s me know when he can come out to treat the house. He gives advice on what to change that would reduce the bugs. For example he told us to cut back bushes off the house to help with an ant problem. He was persistent until my problem was resolved. Very professional too.
He was very pleasant and explained everything to us and answered our questions well.
Only complaint would be that he could have had booties over his shoes when in the house.

My serviceman (Terry) is very friendly & knows to ring the bell so we can be sure the dog is inside & he always relocks the gate.
