You keep me current on when my tech comes out, in case I get involved with something at work. Your techs are professional and friendly, and able to explain what they do. Plus, unless there is Greenwashing, the products you use (thinking of the bug killing treatment from the 20th), are harmful *only* to the bugs they are supposed to kill, and not to the birds and spiders that eat them.
Likes: being notified by the technician of their arrival time for service and the removal of spider webs/debris from windows.

New to the area in the spring of 2021, Bug Out was recommended to us. The quality of service is commendable! Our exterminator is very professional and knowledgeable. Inspite of the busy insect season, our out of the normal contract needs were always fulfilled promptly through a very attentive customer service department. We are happy with Bug Out!
Jeremy texted me, as he usually does, to let me know he was on his way with a reasonable ETA. He also asked if I had any issues and I mentioned that a few months age we had some little flies in the house. He then told me he would add something to his mix that should take care of the little pests. The was very nice of him to address this in a super timely and friendly manner.

Working with me till my problem was solved. Issue happened over several weeks. John Scarano was determined to address my issues and even brought the branch manager for 2nd opinion when issue persisted. I had an ant infestation. Great folks glad I stuck with them.
