I received a call 2 days in advance of service then 15 minutes before the technician arrived. The technician was very courteous.
I really like the reports sent after reach visit. I wish they contained more detail, but I also respect that the service specialists should spend their time meeting customers' needs and not just filling out paperwork.
I also appreciate that before every service, the technician or specialist calls a day or two in advance to confirm the appointment and service being rendered. This level of communication is highly appreciated - especially as we have a family member with special needs.
