Oscar, our tech, is wonderful. He explains everything clearly and offers suggestions when needed.

I like your Technician who is always willing to help and does a great job. One fault I find with your company, and that is price. We are a company that owns and rents long-term single-family homes. I went to Orkin because the price was so much better. They visit all of our properties every two months and of course have call outs just as you do and I pay them $403.25 for each of the properties every year. We have 13 properties and if you can match the price were talking about. I would be willing to consider changing. As it is now though The properties would cost significantly more money. To give you full understanding we pay in advance for year.
