THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM YOUR COMPANY WAS EXCELLEN IN THE PAST. THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT THIS MONTH I DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY HAD BEEN OUTSIDE UNTIL I WENT OUTSIDE AND SAW THE BUG OUT SERVICE SIGN. I WAS SITTING IN THE FAMILY ROOM AND I DIDN'T SEE ANYONE COME BY TO CHECK. SO IF THE PERSON RING THE DOORBELL OR KNOCK ON THE DOOR I DID NOT HEAR IT. I REALLY RESPECT YOUR INSPECTORS THAT RANG THE DOORBELL TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WAS OUTSIDE AND LIKEWISE WHEN THEY LEFT.
