Not sure; I have been using Buy-Out for 6 years or longer, my question is the termite bait in the traps--how long does that bait last. I have never seen your service person change the bait. Is that necessary. Additionally, I do not see the service person spray for pest 2 feet up the walls of my house and garages and 2 feet away from the walls in the dirt or in my case the rocks. I have 41 or 42 termite traps, I wonder if the service person checks all of the termite traps.
