Very responsive to any problems we've had, both with the lawn treatments and with bug treatments. I don't need to remember to call for a retreatment if the situation warrants it. In both cases the technician put us on the list for a re-treat.

I stay with Bug Out service because of Oscar, I fill he is honest with me when I ask anything and explains things to me when I don't understand. He had my lawn looking good and when he was out sick every month I had someone new and my lawn look like crap. One time after they sprayed a area in my front lawn started to turn brown I called and they sent someone out they said give it a couple of weeks since it was already treated. I called again and ask for a supervisor to come and look at my lawn by that time it was to late. It took 25 pieces of sod that we had to buy and put down ( they did give us a credit for the lawn service after my husband called) and at
this point my husband want to change company but after I called and they told me Oscar would be back we decided stay with Bug Out but only if Oscar is doing our lawn service

Long time customer, some issues, but always get resolved in a timely manner. I have pest, termite and lawn service. I like to get to know my technicians and not just have a service done. I think interaction is important. They become like an extended part of the family. They are a top notch company from the management all the way down. They need to keep their customer service call center local, as I've had a problem with one individual at an out of town call center. Overall, their services are the best and I feel satisfied overall! Love my techs Tim and now Karlo!!

There is very little I can really say about the last visit I was working all day came home and I had the Bug Out flag in my yard that’s about all I can say
your techs. The tech that does my service is very knowledgeable how to treat and spray the yard to control the bugs and aunts and spiders that like to hang out around here.
