Our service tech provided thorough treatment and removal of unwanted pests. We have been recently experiencing many earwigs in the house and he treated both inside our home and outside. He also cleaned spider webs from our front porch and lanai area. Additionally he was very precessional, friendly and polite.
Bug out doesn't need an appnt to show up and check the bait/boxes periodically so it is not inconvenient

Liam, my Bugout service person called before he arrived. He, as always, asked if I had any issues or questions. After disclosing that there is a standing water issue between buildings that could pose a problem, checked the traps in my garage to see what insects might new to the trap. Since I have no ability personally to rectify the issue, Liam made suggestions on how the landscaping provider might alleviate the situation in his report.

I am gone many months out of the year, as I'm a snow bird and when I return, there is minimal evidence of bugs in the house. I believe it is due to But Outs spraying on the outside that keeps them from making it inside!

Consistency with visits and knowledgeable service person who informs you what will be done at the site and if we had any concerns that may have occurred. He checked for any termite activity, which were none, and cleaned then sprayed our eaves around the perimeter of the house. The service was very professionally done. It felt very good to to have it done.
Technicians are professional and friendly. I only wish they wouldn’t ring the doorbell or knock due to my bark monster little dog 😎 If they are wearing Bug Out clothing I promise I won’t call the police. But like I said, they always do a great job.

I don't understand your scheduling. I got the neighbors on each side of me to take your service for lawn treatment, but normally different personnel and times are noticed......it would seem more efficient if all lawns in our area was done on the same days and by the same tech.....just curious and trying to keep our cost (an yours) down.
