I appreciated the time your inspector took to answer my questions on another bug than the termites he was here to inspect. He also told me about how my baits were doing. He was knowledgeable & friendly.
I am only in my 1st month for the quarterly pest control and the lawn, so time will tell. What I can currently say is that meeting Chad was a very delightful experience. He is very kind and made me feel comfortable. He has also contacted me if there was a change in his schedule.

Love the fact that the team will work overtime to ensure that my place is rid of the bugs and then get into a managing phase. The fact that the team takes time to wipe down all doorways/windows outside of my home is a huge plus to me. The team is so knowledgeable and courteous and makes me understand the process of the work so I understand the level of care I am receiving.
