Professional staff, always on time, work always done right, good value for cost
Elijah sent me a text on Friday to let me know that he would be at our house between 8-9am. On Saturday Elijah sent another text at 8:08am to say that he would be at our house before 8:30am. After arriving I discussed with Elijah that we used to get a call a few days prior from a technician a 2 hour timeframe when they would be here, but the last two outings there was a robocall from the company that the tech would be here on a certain day, but no time period. We have been asking for the tech to come in and spray around our kitchen and hallways for the last 6+ years and that had gone away. Elijah said he would try to set us up on a specific day of the week each quarter. I was very satisfied with this answer. I look forward to having the same technician for many years as he is probably the 4th or 5th tech we have had since we moved in Dec 2019 ( our 10th quarterly visit ).

The Tech was very knowledgeable and thorough. Not only did he brush all the eves he took care of any bees nest and found a couple of black widows and Thier nests! Naturally he got rid of everything.
Pam is very efficient and helpful every time she visits. This time I had ghost ants and she put out a few bait traps and I haven't seen an ant since she left. She's a real asset to your company.
