Everything is fine with the service, the only complaint i have is the tech. keeps on putting down that I need to mow the yard at 4in. I mow it at 3 and a half and still I do not care for it at that height but will mow at 3 and a half but not at 4 in.

I appreciate that you always call to let me know when you're going to be here so I can have the dog contained. Also at the end of every treatment Colleen is very good about letting me know any problem areas that I may have. Colleen listens to any problems that I may have seen between now and the previous treatment and addressing them.
