Teachers are amazing-love how kind and professional they are. The studio is so clean and welcoming. Love the uniformity of various classes when I travel. It is by far the best and most favorite workout I have ever had. I miss the studio when I travel to Idaho for 3 months per year. I love sculpt and HPF and thank you for early morning classes.

Lots of classes at various times, good mix of yoga and sculpt, easy and hard classes. Great for someone like me who needs flexibility in attending classes that are most convenient with my schedule.

I like the facility and the number of classes available. It seems that Poway is cutting down on their classes which limits availability of times. I am enjoying going to 4-S Ranch.
Your instructors are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I get a wonderful work out for both mind and body!! I really appreciate the variety of staff - especially those that teach in multiple locations - it gives great continuity when I can take the same instructor's course in Poway, 4S, Encinitas, Del Mar, etc. I Last name removed the fact there are two rooms at 4S because you offer plenty of class choices every day. And I Last name removed the location!!
