Shane is an incredible instructor!
I took his class in encinitas for core restore, and honest to god fell asleep a few times I was so relaxed!
Came in a couple days ago for C1 with a really horrific crick in my neck, and by the end of class it was gone!

I love the energy of the studio and teachers. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and accepting. I enjoy the mix of spiritual aspects of yoga and meditation are incorporated with the intense physical practice. It is a great mix in each class.

Excellent teachers. I have a difficult time choosing a class because I know each teacher has their own unique style of teaching and I enjoy them all.
