The teachers are awesome, the class schedules and structures are great, the only reason why I am giving lower rate is because the San Mateo studio is not hot enough, and that 'small' thing defeats the purpose. Something happened to the heater in the past few months and it's no longer hot, but lukewarm yoga. Especially towards the end of class it feels like as if the AC was on, we're sweaty and cold air blows on us, it is really upsetting. The San Mateo studio is ~5 minutes from where I live, but I drive to Redwood City when I can, because it's much warmer. I'm now considering finding another studio.
Since I'm on the topic, the ladies changing room is shockingly cold, the AC is on full blown, after doing a class it really doesn't feel good to go into that room.
I enjoy taking the yoga sculpt class every now & than. Great facility and instructors.

I like how the instructors give me hands-on adjustments and pay attention to my moves and will help me make modifications if needed. Also, the instructors are amazing at communicating, and take time to connect with each and every student.

Clean & friendly
Allow less people in a class. The class was so packed that our mats were about 2 inches away from each other in all directions. I couldn't do all the exercises properly because there wasn't enough room.

Great facility / studio, welcoming staff, and I liked the class had many easier options if I wasn't able to do all the complex yoga moves

Thei instructors are really good. And you a have a variety of classes to choose from. My only request is to have more classes on the weekend and early morning classes during the week.

I love the San Mateo studio! This is my main studio, but I took a long break during pregnancy. I am so happy to be back now, and it is such a lifesaver to be here! The instructors, the studio atmosphere, and all the amenities make it the restorative experience that I need.
