Good workout, peaceful environment, nice staff

The instructor for my 7:30pm Restore class on June 12th was excellent!

wonderful teachers and community! However, they need to offer more classes and class times!!! Would go more often if they did!

I love it. I do Pilates, traditional yoga, and resistance training. CP completes my schedule and desire to sweat!

I first walked into a study before the pandemic and received such a genuine and warm welcome so I signed up for a trial. Honestly I was intimidated watching people come and go. I’m really healthy and fit but I thought this would be too hard and for athletes and younger people. After the first class I was hooked.

Sculpt is my go - to that I would love to see on a regular schedule 9 am or a little later all week! This class is always full so I’m not sure why it’s not on the schedule but I’m patiently waiting for it to come back. I appreciate the instructors (Tiffany) who stuck with it as there seems to be a handful that left. I love new San Mateo instructor Laura. What an awesome add. More please! I miss seeing Maria and wish she had the availability to teach more Sculpt. She has such great energy. I would love to try other instructors but the later times aren’t great for me.

The staff and community at CorePower San Mateo are amazing! The studio is spacious and clean. I enjoy the instructors and class variety. Parking is easy and plentiful although it's metered on weekdays and Saturdays.

The teachers are kind, polite, and knowledgeable. The studio itself has plenty of room, the changing area is clean and modern.

Amazing instructors, variety of classes & overall experience

The teacher I had so far, NJ P is really excellent yoga teacher. Her knowledge, teaching style, timing, voice and personality is making classes pleasant yet great full body yoga practice / workout.

Instructors very knowledgeable, beautiful studios, and most important very clean.

Great all body workout!

I’d love for the floors to be marked for people’s mats for a more orderly experience when classes are crowded.

Please have more 6:30am classes. Now that more folks are required to go to the office I find it hard to get my yoga in before my day starts. Thanks!
