The staff was warm and welcoming. They never made me feel like I could not do it.
Very clean and modern facilities. Like how there are sanity bathrooms with showers provided, as well as towels or water if i should ever forget my accessories. The classes are plentiful which is nice for any kind of schedule.
I truly enjoyed the class. I haven't been able to go to the free week beyond the first
day because of going out of town on the holiday. Is it possible to extend it a week?

I really enjoyed the classes and atmosphere. The instructors are very genuine, and the classes I went to were truly about relaxing the mind and also challenging the body. I really enjoyed the whole experience.

This has been my first time at core power and I'm in love! I love the yoga sculpt classes. All of the teachers have been amazing!
CPY is an awesome place to get exercise, lose myself in poses for an hour and walk away refreshed, grateful and inspired.

Multitude of classes offered
The instructors are really great, especially the early morning ones. That early in the morning, it's helpful to have encouraging and perky instructors. Really like that the studio offers 6AM classes, would be great if there was a 5:30 AM one but 6AM is good enough :)
I love the fact that weights and blocks are provided.

the people are always so nice!! They are very flexible for changing positions in class to better suit each individual's body. I really like that compared to my former studio who was very strict about it. I would like it more if teachers gave more hands on corrections.
